Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Verizon wins the CROWN to be the worst

Verizon wins the CROWN to be the worst- coming from personal experience. Company still talking about their average network and acting like they are a Premium brand and charge accordingly by pushing "Value" of their buffered network. They don't have the slightest clue of what value the public recognizes as a value. How d-mb are the people in position to run the company? Maybe that's why VZ gained only 8000 subs last quarter. Clearly the people have established what "Value" they are looking for. Not to mention, VZ has about 10 re-sellers at the moment to drive even more sales from their CORE business, which is wireless subs, not a pathetic credit cards and No Yee home and business internet service. This entire industry is in the gutter and VZ leading the way down to the ocean floor. Save yourselves people.

I was reading something on the T-Mobile forum and found this. Whoever wrote this, knows us well. The post is here: https://www.thelayoff.com/t/1kIMTtdd

Customers don't want our product so customer service just needs to SELL HARDER.

Customers hate our decline in customer service so we need to OUTSOURCE HARDER.

We're a FAMILY, until we need to RIF to appease Wallstreet.

They expect customers to pay a premium for our service, but they won't pay a premium wage to those they expect to provide it.

No COL increases in a decade, bonuses tied to results of decisions employees don't make, more micromanagement around time off for Frontline every year, less training, less shrink for coaching, and every decision is made with the dollar in mind instead of quality and the customer.

Biggest isn't our strength. Short sighted delusion is.
