I'm an SM and would love to collect some unemployment for the next 2 years. I'm at the point when a rep complains about something that we should be able to fix, but can't. I tell them to get a union and file a grievance.

SMs are so scared they just wanna crawl into a ho-e & die, it makes me laugh. SM position in the coming future is not even going to be needed. Nobody needs to be coached on how to swing in those VZ Homes, Credit Cards, etc Bottom Line, Hans is planning his Golden Parachute, he already did the damage what he got hired for, does anybody need to do anything at this point or simply wait for another CEO who can tuen things around?
