We rec'd profit sharing almost EVERY year before JY took over! FB has only been worse!

I'll never forget when JY took away the Profit Sharing. The email went something like: "The profit sharing benefit hasn't been popular with staff so we are eliminating it." The reason it wasn't popular was because it was something like up to 6%, then lowered to up to 3%, then the last few years it only paid out 1% so yeah people were pi---d because they were being so cheap.
Anyway the email comes out no more profit sharing. THE NEXT WEEK JY sends out an email stating record profits. Everyone was pi---d.
Agreed though it has only gone down from there.
