the tim cook article - salary 3MM cash, bonus 6MM cash. the "cut" is in stock/restricted stock - taking his total comp from almost 100MM to 50MM.
Scharf's $2.5 million in base salary, a $5.4 million cash bonus, 16.6MM stock/restricted stock
for both of them, 3/4-ish of the stock is "performance" incented.
Their comp is roughly proportionate to the earnings of their companies.

They're listening to us even less than we're listening to them. This exec team couldn't care less what we think. They look at anyone that's been here longer than Scharf as "part of the problem" and can't wait to get rid of us. ALL of us.
