This very well may be the time that yet another “too big to fail” company goes under. This whole board it post after post of pending lawsuit examples against WF. All on busted, broken and illegal home loans, union busting, mismanagement of employees, finances, fudging the numbers on many areas.

The company is not going under. What is happening is that high priced experienced employees are being let go, replaced with cheap, inexperienced off shore labor. It's the only hand CS can play because he has no ideas how to increase revenue. The cash saved is being used to buy back shares and prop up the stock price. Market share is now about half what it was 6-7 years ago.
"Why would we be broken up? Our constant systemic fraud and regulatory issues keep us in the black!"
What does everyone think is coming next? Will it be more of the same issues or will something happen that creates a big enough change?
I will NOT calm my tita.
Ah yes….the grasping onto hope out of fear comments. Its easy to close down WF and let all the other banks absorb the customers. Just cut the cancer out of the financial infrastructure and shut down WF and let the rest thrive. True other banks also have issues but not like WF.
Calm your tita. The company is nowhere near failing.
even with the billions in law suits and fines each year we still manage to make billions of dollars. don't think we are going anywhere anytime soon
A long and storied bank
bought by a mortgage sk--k
They pushed 8 is great
had many scandals of late
Paid many fines to date
breaking up will be their fate
