It’s about time. Pack your bags & apply in different companies who would openly invite you to sc--w them over like Ericsson & Verizon did in 2018.
This isn't the first big and once a highly successful company Hans was hired to run and ruin...If I didn't know any better, i'd say he was hired on purpose to destroy this company. The question is why?
BOD will only fire him if we have 2 Quarters of lackluster growth. They won't need to be concurrent if the stock price stays low.

Typically it’s held to a shareholder vote and with him sitting on the board of BlackRock he is most likely safe for now. After all he is their little puppet.
