Hello All, my term date was extended a week as I am in final round for an internal role. If given an offer, is there anything to consider as far as negotiating? Want to ensure I'm not risking severance etc if offer provided, I try and negotiate salary, then ultimately reject the role. Thanks all.

If you’re offered a role, you have 24 hours to accept or refuse it. If you refuse within that 24 hour window, you will still get severance. Refuse more than 24 hours after the offer was made and you forfeit severance.
Check the terms in your waiver agreement. Call HR if you need help understanding the language.

You should read the information in your printed package very carefully.
When I was in a RIF there was a rule that if you were offered a Humana position within your 60 days (65 or 67 in your case I guess) AND declined it you would not receive your severance package.
