It’s a yes man culture to save one’s job! Short and simple.
Slicing out numerous layers between the front lines and the greedy kook at the top was a great start. Now we need to rotate peers at the “suits” layer to allow some innovative new ideas to float up verses keeping the same bu-t kisser in place.
