Sure seems like he got Peter Principled into his role and now everyone under him is paying the price for it. I guess we all need to get used to having a new manager/director every 3 months

You pretty much described just about every leader in our area. Do not know the business, placed in their position by nepotism, and cover up their incompetence with arrogance. We get degraded and threatened daily by our supervisor while shoveling free food in their mouth. We really enjoy being told he could get a buddy from school that could do the work of all of us for a fraction of what one of us is paid. Hmmm wonder if it has anything to do with getting another relative hired.
LL knows only a small portion of his portfolio. Son of a dad who was in the business. Doesn’t make you smart, actually makes you entitled. As with the rest of his peers, a little humility would serve you well.
Agree, same old story you’re only valuable until they can find some scared to say anything and will do it cheaper. You get what you pay for, that is why we have these incompetent super arrogant leaders. .
We simply terminate the old staff, and bring in more new people with more talent at better competitive salaries.
Agree ten times over
It will be interesting to see how this all plays out. Maybe the process of only putting buddies into supervisor, manager, and director roles is coming to an end. We can only hope the huge reorg of those levels will finally produce some fair competent leaders and end all this nepotism that is putting the company’s reputation in the toilet. Do a double flush to make sue there is an all new clean fair respectable leaders slate!
