Lower head counts ….need to move RAN people to Ericsson soon, as there’s tons of them doing very little and burn $$$$; why wait?

I see the RAN group in San Ramon, not doing much just badge in/out, bored
Why RAN? Why not the PMs as most of the work is done by suppliers. Why not Wireline individuals?
RAN is such a small subset of people who design and optimize nearly 50% of the company revenue.
Sounds like you might have some time posting during normal business hours.
