It’s starting now 6/28!
40% of Employees will be laid off. Contractors will be converted into Employees and at a lower salary. Women will be preferred as we get paid less and our managers use the "equal opportunity for all" to grow up the ladder.
Zero
How much of the billion will come from senior execs ridiculous pay and bonuses? Ultimately they are responsible for the big fail and should be held to account.
On the share point site it had a file that said 40% of the 1 billion came from restructuring jobs and freezing some hiring. So, it’s going to be rocky with the “do more for less” era were going into. I expect there will be many people leaving by April because of that and, by then they’ll have the budgets figured out and enrollment information figured. Project growth was just the name of the push this year to figure it out, these documents on the share point site made it clear there will be ongoing streamlining.
Good question, but a rhetorical one. My significant other isn't waiting around to find out if they are on the naughty (most likely random number generated) list...
After enrollment, seasonal will be let go. Pending enrollment numbers and budgets, expect some form of reorganization after 1st quarter. IMHO, it will be HAH CM, since they’re pushing “value based” and SNP programs, so, maybe a reorganization will be HAH to SNP?
