Like many things posted around here by those like him, these are just bait meant to stir the pot and collect some information because they can't take the pressure anymore.
This seems to be cultural for them, I have seen it before and it keeps repeating. Throw it some random baseless sh-t and see what others might know.
these people and their culture based on lies and deceiving are the very definition of toxicity. It is not just one country, if you pay attention it is the same way for that region, covering a couple of countries. There is so many of them in that space that being smart is not enough, they can't compete just on that, so they developed habits that became the second nature and they do not even realize that is so blatant and so obvious
