We lost our top performer

I'm sure there's some logic behind getting rid of the best performer on our team, but I sure as he-l can't figure it out. I guess that's why those on top are paid the big bucks. /sarcasm

That is the point @a8 was trying to make. When there are insecure, incompetent and racists running the show, Good people are afrad and prefer to stay in the shadows not to be hit by stupidity. So everyone looses.

The incompetent cabal of whites and Indians managing IBM love to surrounded by mediocrity. They love the herd of sheep that worship them and eat the stupid dribble spewed by the racists (whites/Indians).
The cabal (whites/Indians) is getting rid of top performers so stupidity and mediocrity can prevail.
