Is it safe to assume the lists have been distributed and that the VPs are reviewing them?

@a8 Sampath is not included, so please stop mentioning his name. He was paid a 4 mil retention bonus to stay for at least the next 2 years.
The target is 15k headcount. VGS and GNT are rumored to be hit the hardest. So some orgs might have a higher or lower % reduction than others
@a3 doubt it
@a5 across all vz? Consumer. GnT GE. Etc??
aparna
Simpler plans - Leslie Bernard org
AI - Shankar Org
Useless HR - Samantha Org
Low Gross adds -Sampath (postpaid)
Nothing special/ innovative - Kyle role gets eliminated and either condensed under sampath or new EVP
That is the list, who/what/when nobody knows. Dan specifically mentioned AI and marketing/simpler plans so the first two orgs (Leslie and Shankar) are going to be hit the hardest. From sampaths org, I would expect allot of “project manager roles” to be the ones to go… they are not customer facing and do not add any value or gross adds.
Then who will review the list of cutting 15% of VPs and SVPs?
@a5 is that 15% equally accross all groups? Does each avp have to hit 15%? And does that only include employees or does cutting contractors count?
@OP I was told today 15% reduction across the entire organization and those impacted will be notified 11/20 .
My director said he received internal memo of 30% workforce reductions throughout the company.
