Thread regarding VISA Inc. layoffs

Running for the low hanging fruit

Nothing seems to have a good captaincy anymore. Sailors are shaking the boat. In Visa domain knowledge and love for systems is not rewarded anymore. New direction is looking at easy points. Share prices stumbling. Old people are let go. Maybe if there's any small indication, it is right time to part.

@2qg this is just how Indians are. This is how their culture is.

Rajat is very charismatic in large groups but an a--hole in small groups.

Sitting on his phone during demos, not thanking people for their effort, getting audibly angry with low level people that “frustrate” him. These are guys with 3 years experience getting crushed for making a small error on AI terminology.

Let’s hope the AI bubble pops this year and he is ousted.

I've just hit 21 years. Early in Rajat's tenure I hoped he wouldn't last. Unfortunately he has and Ryan is a pathetic replacement for Al. I'm really hoping to get laid off soon.

It's been like this for some time now, especially when Rajat joined and promoted the in with the new and our with the old culture. I left a couple of years after he joined with 28 years service because tenure became something to hide, not be proud of. His attitude towards those that had been there for over 10 years was pretty clear when I met with him a few times on my own. Very different attitude in a small setting than than large groups.
