Anyone remember when Case and other execs were all about being woke? They recommended a book by Ibram X Kendi. Is this stuff still happening, I left 9 months ago.

When I worked there, during the George Floyd incident, our region leader had a meeting for all non-white associates. Straight up racism under the guise of being woke. Those kind of stunts made it easy for me to leave.
Anyone else thinking this is a smokescreen ("wokescreen"?) of hypocrisy for two Southern banks built their fortunes on screwing over PoC? I know hST teammates in my area were disproportionately women of color who I'm sure were underpaid - especially those who stayed for decades.
