Survey says they are losing control based on the earnings today.

Free IPad or $50..in a raffle to take it. Seriously.......Management use to hound us to take it. Not a peep this time. Maybe because it directly affects them..7 surveys I haven't seen a change one time. No thank you

@136 This is the right answer, its not some complicated mystery backroom thing, they are just reading the comments and they know who complains about what... if you are always the one that complains about truck routing and you write it the same way, word for word, as the 25 other times you complained about truck routing then... yeah... they will know it was you.
As someone else said, but take what you wrote, put it in Chat GPT, and say "rewrite this so no one knows its me".
Other than that, just try to enjoy the ride before the robots take over :)

@11r I have overheard middle management conversations trying to narrow down who wrote what in the comments box. If you write something in the comments box that makes it obvious its you and put a target on your back, then that's your fault. Everyone I have spoken to is keeping their head down due to all the layoffs. The job market right now is terrible. A lot of companies are trying to automate wherever they can, and if that fails they are sending jobs to another country while saying its "AI".

And the skills' a lot of the departments here have obtained are useless outside of a cable company / isp. I see people settling for big pay cuts and complete career changes after being laid off from here. Do what you will. Take the survey but don't put something d-mb in the comments box (if you get one) making it obvious its you.

New CEO 3 years ago. ATUS has lost customers every quarter since he joined. He gets raises and bonuses. You don't.

Why wouldn't you want them to know it was you? I wouldn't write a thing i wouldn't say directly to someone's face. Get it off your chest, you will feel better.

@ym I've worked with the company that does the surveys. That's not true at all and telling people this is the reason we don't get real results, everyone is so scared to tell the truth that no one does.
If you write something that only you would write, sure they will know that, but that's not some conspiracy, its just reading something and saying "Well, that is for sure Dave"... they also cant tie that to survey answers. No one sees individual surveys.
So, just dont give away your identity and dont say something only you would say. If you are REALLY worried, take what you want to say, dump it in ChatGPT and say "make sure this is generic enough no one will know who said it"

@xe 220k shares sold just before earnings. Yikes. Probably setup auto sales so it looks less suspicious.

As far as the survey they are a trap. If you do take them then at least be careful what you write in the comments. Management can usually narrow down who you are based on the comments if you get the option.

@m6 not bragging or claiming I’ve interviewed at a load of places but anytime I have I’ve been successful. Interviews are more about how you portray yourself and how confident you are in the interview and less about what’s on your resume. Most of the people conducting the interview hardly look over your resume. Work on your interviewing skills and work on a list on your stories/experiences and you’ll be a lot more successful at getting job offers. Don’t take this as bashing you or acting like you’re not qualified to be applying for stuff because that’s not what it’s meant to be.

@f1 don’t play yourself, they didn’t smirk at you because of where you work, if you’re confident in yourself and your abilities and can portray that to them you’ll be fine. Any other company that I’ve applied with for a position that I’m fully qualified for I’ve received job offers, make the interview about you and your knowledge and not about where you learned it from if you think they care about you working at Altice so much. Everyone that works for or has worked for Altice has this idea that all the other cable and internet companies are so much better, the reality is they’re not much different. Some may have better things but also have things that are much worse than Altice, unfortunately it’s just the industry.

I have applied for positions at other mso’s. I have to admit, being in an interview where they read the Altice name aloud and smirk to avoid laughing is truly embarrassing. It’s hard to maintain your confidence and composure afterwards.

The one thing in survey they make it clear fur first time what level of management you are reviewing. I left them all the worst possible. Sure it won’t lead to any changes though.

Not surprising they always send it right before quarterly financial results and not after. This one is going to be ugly I hear.

AUSA: A literal joke in the CATV/Broadband industry. Everyone and I mean everyone in the industry laughs whenever Altice/Optimum is mentioned in conversation. That would be something to let them know in the survey.
