Seem like no programs at Gilbert so layouts will be hapening and over staffed programs

Layoffs might come to Roy. Focus is on LOE which is more than 50% on this program. They are asking to have LOE scrutinized. Many people do not have enough work and they watch YouTube videos. Costs are high, schedule way behind and customer is not happy.
PE&O had a quiet reorg and had the team out of work. Luckily they found work for them. However, this might not be possible next time.
Depending on your job, there are openings in Roy. But alas, you won't have those nice mild winters, its gets cold up here!
I hope there are no layoffs. Always makes me sad to see friends leave.
