@a9 My question is....Why would they offer a VRP anymore? Not because they're nice or they owe you a VRP. Don't get me wrong, I hope they do because the 20-40 year people deserve it. I don't think they will anymore. They have no financial gain to offer the VRP anymore.

@a5 and dont be naive accepting immediately what they offer you first! Consult with lawyer, seek opportunities for litigation, negotiate, Pepsico wont go to court with you, they will settle quietly under the table with non-disclosure agreement! Dont be naive!

Assuming the same template is followed. VRPs would go out as well? For those saying VRPs won’t be offered you are wrong. They’re part of reorganization plans

If it happens....following the 2023 template.

You'll get a meeting invite late in the night of Sunday, Nov 30th or Dec 7th (at the latest) for an early Monday morning meeting. Check the invites....If an HR person is in the invite, you already know what's going down. Also, if the meeting is 15 mins or less (mostly 10 mins), you know what's coming.

During the meeting. They will mute everyone's mic to avoid questions. There will be no grey area. They will direct all questions following the call to HR.

Recommend....Record the meeting using your phone or an alternative. Just in case you need it. Back up all your files on your computer to an alternative device. Formatting your laptop won't work, since it stores everything on one drive.

HR will NOT answer any questions you send or answer any calls or messages. You are now outside the PepsiCo club. Prepare your finances accordingly.

We have these scheduled at the same time every year. How does that guarantee layoffs
