There will be announced mass layoffs and consolidation plans within a week from now. Underperforming BUs will be restructured or sold and 1000’s will be laid off across the enterprise.

Why would they announce this right before S&T when presumably a bunch of people from around the globe would all discuss it together simultaneously? Either this rumor is fake or this company has no foresight to impacting employee morale at all.
