"At least you have a job and go to the office every day."
I am grateful that I am still employed and receiving a paycheck. However, this whole "you need to work harder to get that bonus" while they are wasting money on the buyback instead of debt reduction, and complaining about cash when they are the ones forcing all of us to spend the money and time to come into the office on false pretenses is just ludicrous. Really? Face-to-face collaboration, but teams are still spread across different hubs, along with Israel, India and Slovakia. How am I supposed to be face-to-face with my coworker in Israel when they've already gone home when I get to the office with all of us working "normal business hours". Tell me again about how the office is more efficient? AT&T gave us 1 to 2 hours of extra work every day for me to be in the office. They aren't getting their money's worth, and either an I. It's lose-lose, except for Stankey to say "see what I can do".
Its incredible that a company that holds seminars on "how to enable your workers to work efficiently from anywhere" can't do it itself.
