I got out a year ago and I wish I could say I was surprised by any of this stuff I'm seeing. Consider it a blessing if you get laid off. Believe me, the grass IS greener on the other side. Hertz will take everything you have to give and expect more. Then, when they realize they have bled you dry, you will become a human sacrifice. My two cents, find something better while you have the time and not desperate.
Who sc--wed this one up? Who is the head of HR? Ah yes Mr Ice-Berg! How this useless “executive” is still employed is beyond me. Should be the next one on the chopping block.
Can director move cars to lots and get money to be paid to them their are people wants to do this for directors money like Steve speelburg but maybe not as much but a lots still but not much as it

And in typical Hertz fashion, they can’t even lay people off properly. They send the exit survey before the layoffs. What a complete cr-p show this company is. you are right, they have way too much upper management and no actual workers. They are digging their own grave.
