I am just curious to see the ages exxon has targeted in the past. I know employees from their 30's to 60's that were piped and forced out. I know several ages 35, 42, 47, 55, 57,58, 62, 64 and 67 years olds. I know none aged 52 to 54 so no NREs. I want to know to expect as I have more than ten years to go.

68 - 42 YES
52, 3.5 years of service. Didn’t want me to even hit that 5 year mark. I checked all the boxes with the Excel analogue sheet so was an easy target to skrough
I dont mind if they let us get to 55 at least and get out. I burns my a rse when they pip 50 year olds. I was forced out 10 years ago by nsi pip. I was 59 with 35 years service. I did nothing wrong and worked hard that year.
I was forced out at 67 still able to do my job. Management wanted a yes man in my place.
Voluntary NSI (hopefully saved someone else), age 54, but PIL got me to 55, 32 years service.
I am woman who was piped at 51. I passed and made it to retirement. All the other hens women conspired against me. Exxon is evil to pip employees so close to the end. that is what got them in trouble in the eighties hence NRE. I guess history is repeating itself.
NSI @ 51 with 22 years of service. Biggest gut punch of my life, completely unexpected. Got the “call” while on a trip. Took the PIL and never returned to office. 🖕
Turned down PIP at age 58 with 40 years of service. 2019
Couldn't wait to put the petal to the metal on Ring Row on my last day at the Spring Campus exiting. Lol
Time to hire an age discrimination attorney ASAP…
pip-ed out at 54. Did not get pension
I was pip fired at 39 with 3 years service. All the other engineers conspired against me. I was an outcast.
pip tired at 62 with 40 years service
forced out after 32 years and age 60 with 100% of my pension
