if you did get it, is it one of those "are you happy with your job" type of thing? I never respond to these since I get paranoid of being retaliated

I am the only one that just fills these out? At least the radio button questions. You get randomly selected based on some super basic formula (like first letter of last name, or month of hire) it's not targetted any more than that. I usually get 1-2 a year
My mother told me that if I had nothing nice to say, I should not say anything at all. I stopped replying to these ridiculous annual surveys.
I was RIFed a year or two ago. LOL.
Of course not AC and LP don't give a fu-k what their peons think...DEI baby.
I always answered these things as negative as I could, but apparently I helped out my manager’s manager too much with her CSR deck so was not selected for reduction much to my disappointment.
