John Stanley’s Teams Status

Have you ever checked our hard-working leader’s Teams status. Check it right now. It’s 2:30 PM CT in Dallas yet it shows he has been away for 3 hours.

He is the CEO of a Fortune 50 company. I understand he may have business travel, but you can always login to the WiFi at the airport, plane, hotel, or pretty much wherever you are.

Also, if you ever check his status in the evening around 5 or 6, he always shows last seen 30 min ago, 1 hr ago, or 2 hrs ago.

So he takes long breaks during the day. And doesn’t work a minute past 4 PM. Yet myself and my colleagues are hard pushed clocking in 60+ hours to meet our bullsh-t convergence goal.

Guys, this guy only cares about himself. Only the best lifestyle that is possible for himself, nothing but the worse for his employees.

This means that his secretary or excuse me his executive assistant was on a long lunch break. Do you really think the CEO of the company is sitting there reading emails and chatting with his DRs? What mo--ns still work t this company.

HR's sole responsibility is to ensure that ATT's assets are protected. That means all rules and protections to ensure the legalities of reduction of staff have all the Ts crossed and Is dotted.
They're not worried. This is happening all over the country in every industry.

It makes sense. The rules don’t apply to him and those at the top. Those at the top get 3 hr breaks during the workday. It took me atleast 2 hours today in commuting time alone due to this re--rded RTO policy he has set.

John Stankey reports to the Board of Directors. His leadership team are the ones who execute the operations and other deliverables.
He's not an hourly employee and does not punch a clock like you. He doesn't sit at his desk waiting for your call to see if he's still there. You're clueless!
This is basic organizational structure, which you clearly don't understand.
