To all those hoping for a role post "Transformation" its now been communicated that you might get a pay cut to go along with your new role.

Maybe if we all ask this question enough in the Q&A survey they will answer it directly in the FAQs.
@ax depending on magnitude of reduction, yes. But, so is requiring a move.
That will only come into play if you are offered a role at current location with lower pay and they try to not give you severance for declining it.
That would be constructive dismissal.

What?! WTAF!
Nevermind the AEST re-org being rolled out at the same time as this transformation, removing many existing supervisor and leadership roles from existing orgs and transferring more responsibility to TCs and Houston.
