Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

Cisco FY26!

1H is almost done. Does anyone else still feel off, or, better yet, has anyone figured out what the big issue is, why it feels like it's busier than usual, and why some senior leadership is jumping ship? 🤔

You seem unaware of Cisco fiscal Calender. It started August so Q1 ends at end of October. You are only 1/3 of the way into H1. I guess you can say Q1 is almost over.

Q1 is also the annual layoff time so I can see why one would be happy it is almost over.

It is a sign, the reaping is making it’s presence.

Saw an email from CR regarding one of his ELT drones escaping, auspicious in that the replacement is another Cisco boomerang employee.

The boomerang thing is getting out of hand. These people are falling back to Cisco because they couldn't cut it outside of Cisco. No one boomerangs by choice, its a big resume red flag.

huh? Q1 isn't even over yet. Maybe the inability to count is a contributing factor to your confusion?
