@OP Ally has a history of discrimination against male employees in both federal and state courts. File your EEOC discrimination complaint before the layoffs begin next week.
@OP Didn’t Ally just settle a discrimination lawsuit. Maybe older employees laid off in this latest layoff round will band together for a class action age discrimination lawsuit.
You’d need evidence. There are some great labor attys in Charlotte but you need solid cases before approaching them.
Promotions, considerations & bonus increases keep going to guys named Ganesh, not John.
