Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

Is anyone else feeling like they’re being worked to the bone lately, compared to the last couple of years or just me?

It's always 'do more with less'. every year. at every public company. if you don't like it, find your way to a privately held company where they might have more flexibility.

I've never worked harder in my life or during my tenure at Cisco.

Yes. The reason is simple.
The economy is slowing and hiring is slowing. The ELT is preying on your fears and creating a hostile work environment.

Its just you. Ive felt this way for the last 5 years and haven't learnt a thing after year 2. The last 3 years have been on cruise control nothing noteworthy added to my resume and knowledge.
