@xh More crackheads on the salaried side... After all the Jira tickets, somethings had to give.
How many of these recalls are due to hourly workers smoking dope and drinking on the job?
Whole careers are built on who someone golfed with, not what they delivered. Outperforming the old guard only paints a bigger target. JD Power trophies, Forbes lists, LinkedIn campaigns (boosted likes and also shares by HR) are all curated shields. They cost budget, not sweat. Meanwhile, recalls and layoffs tell the real story. Especially the retaliation towards people that tell the truth they've identified.
Don’t buy Ford products! They build junk now.
What’s crazy is Ford is doing the same things over and over again, reshuffling the LL6-GSRs but leaving the same id--ts at LL5+ deflecting any truths from coming up. I’ve been told not to say things in certain ways and not bring up truths and party why you keep seeing record recalls with these behaviors.
Who cares ? Nobody is never laid off anyway.
US manufacturing plants , eh!
If we had mandatory RTO in the 2016-2019 time frame at Ford there is no way this recall would have happened.
When we all started working from home 5 years ago, you can't really test physically. These are MY20 and MY21s. Appreciate the people that really went in to do real work.
So we've been building vehicles for over a hundred years and now steering fails? Yeah, great job everyone. (Double face palm)
