Anyone qualify for ERP but did not get the opportunity because your role is too “critical”? Want to talk as backfills are taking place for those that were offered ERP and accepted because THEIR roles are deemed critical.

@a2 I am getting a lot of email notifications of backfills of senior level roles that are considered critical. If they are critical, why were they offered ERP while others were not?
@a2 that director was "told" she is taking it. There was no choice for her.

Easy. "Critical" positions with people who didn't do the "critical" work were offered ERP as a way of pushing them out. Case in point: the director of Central C.I.T. Only one director was offered the ERP, everyone else was considered too critical.
