Of her season nurses are running circles around her. They claim to have computer problems daily so as to not have to meet productivity. Meanwhile all the newbies are working like dogs just so she can give them a “Good Job” while they burn out. This women was ranked top team with burn out on her survey. Her solution was to blame the staff for the burn out as she so eloquently stated it was their fault for not knowing how to manage their time.

sounds about right they need to finish q3 cuts and prepare for end of year / q4 like they always do. So they have 2 mos to come up with some accounting financial tom foolery to produce the best numbers possible for Q4 and full year 2025. Happens every year and will continue like the sun rising every day
