I think one VP is going to be investigated soon.
Stealing work to file U.S. Patent is definitely employee abuse.
As is conspiring others to get involved - in a weak attempt to cover-up - using themn to take work that he already had. That is a serious charge on it's own and there is proof.
It's a process that has been in the works for several months.
I doubt Oracle will protect individuals that use their position to abuse others. Why would they? This VP made his own choices. I think Oracle will fire him which they should. He actually stole work to get promoted to a position to take advantage of Oracle. They definitely have grounds to fire.
Once the Gov't gets involved hopefully that will speed things up. The publicity of this will put fear into others -- of course, this VP will tell on everybody trying to save his neck. Too late for that. There is a list a mile long of his corruptness,...
My guess is fear will overcome and managers will clean up their act.
SC would gain market share for Oracle if she could honestly clean-up O's corruptness. They rather lie,m say they did but, didn't.
This is a different day. A different generation to contend with. Millenials don't care about LE and his money or SC. It were taught from birth that, nobody has to accept abuse.
FBI is not wasting anytime on Elon Musk.
Gov't is after Big Tech Corps. History of employee abuse at Oracle puts them as a target. Easy to prove and easy to prosecute.
