Eastman continues to layoff tenured employees, keeping less experienced (certainly less paid) employees… regardless of merit. It’s shameful.

Indeed. The man (Costacuts) is destroying the company and the regional workforce. It is a shame. Rumor has it b51b has been shutdown as well.
Hourly folks need to vote that big U. I'm hearing Castro is so desperate he is calling for hourly folks cuts as well......vote U. It's the only chance this company has.
