@1dk I am also a manager and layoffs are still ongoing.
RIFs are still ongoing, September is not finished yet and the next one is scheduled for November/December.
I'm a manager and I was told no more layoffs through EOY. We'll see. But still waiting for the big reorganization announcement that's 2 weeks late.

More to come in October November. This isn't close to being done. There are still RIFs going on in September.
I wonder if this new H-1B shenanigans is causing some rethinking by the board in laying people off. That’s going to dry-up another source of employees. Then again it could ramp up more offshore and contracting.
Told there was a big reorg announcement schwduled today. Haven't seen it yet. US
@xe my boss also told me this. He was rifed two weeks after. We are now reporting offshore.

@at Their core team is in desperate need for new developers. So, I dont see how that would make a ton of sense. Then again, not a lot of whats been done by the company so far makes a lot of sense. Any expected timelines?
