The EBPM Leader manipulated himself into running the COO AI CoE, despite being a failure at every other area he was put in charge of (Ent. Transformation and Ent. BPM). The "firm" doesn't have the guts to actually improve processes and reduce/reallocate headcount accordingly so "Yes Virginia, Process Engineering is dead."

RCSA process engineers are mostly I&P at this point. There are pockets where process engineers still exist but its dying, I've been on two separate teams now where process engineers were converted to biz execution roles. The company shuttered its six sigma certification program,its clear leaders don't see it as something to invest in
