UM will slowly be all dismantled, it's coming in short rounds here and there. Change to this, than that, until nothing left
One Home is under Centerwell. Eventually post acute UM including SNF, LTAC and IRF will all be moved under that umbrella. There will be less and less acute inpatient reviews and with the decreasing outpatient prior auth requirements, coupled with Availity auth AI there will be little need for OP UM. What UM is left will be moved to the Philippines except for those states that forbid it.

OP, hi, can you please give more details. The region I work in is going to a centralized UM under Humana and OneHome will be taking over pre auths for SNF’s early next year
