Voluntary exit email yet?

They are telling claims we are all needed. Even wfh. Probably more bs.
Not in claims, yet! Now all the remote underwriting people that are still left in places like Austin, well they are done! Once they see how many people are willing to move over to claims they will decide next steps. If they have a lot of people take the offer to come to claims, they will take them and then start letting the remote employees go. They are playing a numbers game! We are all just useless numbers and an expense in their eyes.
What about the wfh claims employees with no office? Any chance of the voluntary exit?
Nope, claims is a disaster! They destroyed it and are desperate. What they will do is literally try to work you to death! They want the masses to see you carried out by ambulance with a sheet over your limp corpse. They love the visual. It lets the other worthless minions know how lucky they are to be graced by our Executive presence and motivational leadership. Claims upper leadership is about a useless, unethical, and evil as any group in existence!
Will claims ever get the voluntary exit offer?

That ship sailed 5 years ago and crashed on the shores of Disaster USA! That 68% has already been promoted and filled most of the TM, SM, CM and above roles! Or the g-ys/lesbians! "Check the box" is rewarded and permeates the whole company with incompetence, as nothing is based on merit or capability! We are the Carnival Cruise of insurance companies! Cadillac on 24s or screaming the Hellcat!
"In the first quarter of 2020, 68% of new hires at State Farm, primarily for entry-level roles, have been from minority groups, with a demographic breakdown of 30% Black, 15% Hispanic, 3% Asian and 20% other.
Beyond improving diversity and representation among new hires, Terry believes a lot of the hard work will come with retaining, developing and promoting minority employees within the organization."
