On the internal job issue, yes they have very few internal jobs.
Which means you have a few hundred workers applying for them.
This way it makes the company look legit among the workers (lol)
Now how do you get people to leave on their own to avoid giving them a severance package ? hmmm
Have them do the work of 2 to 3 people since departments have been gutted.
Have them go 2 to 3 years with no raises and bonuses.
Or when you give the standard raise it is 1% to 2% .
The company has a whole bag of tricks to get people to leave on their own
