Your voice survey link was sent me for the yearly employee survey. I really have mixed feelings about giving real honest feedback. Leadership knows who doesn't fill out the survey and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who has something negative about the company despite them saying it's confidential. Yes, they know what you say when you provide feedback that represents an outlier that could be hurtful to others and the company. This could be the first year in five years that I am not going to complete the survey. Why? Because at the end of the day, our opinions really don't matter.

Maybe just use the Oracle AI chat thing to fill out the survey for you? ;-)

Don’t put any stock in that survey, completely useless exercise. That’s just basically so HR can sign off that they “took employees feedback into account”.
Fill it out truthfully if it makes you feel better but there’s no action done on it either way.
Surveys are never anonymous. If they say they are, they're lying. Nothing digital is anonymous.
Declining to complete the survey speaks louder than completing it, if you're dissatisfied with the company.
I doubt those surveys were ever anonymous.
The responses are anonymous to the extent of your manager's org size. On smaller teams, I knew when my manager read my feedback because he figured out whose comments were whose on his team and then brought up those issues during our 1 on 1 after the results were distributed to management.
This year, I’ll just be giving the points and possibly adding no comments. Anything I say can be used against me in the courtroom.
Every year reward and recognition is mentioned in the survey and each year nothing happens.
Maybe not responding to the survey at all might send a message.
For me honesty is gold. There are no certainties either way. Best to stay true to myself. If I am not truthfull nothing will change for sure. Telling the truth has small chance things might change. I have been through many reorgs in a big corporation. I have never experienced such a lack of tranparancy. I find it shocking, disrespectul and unhuman.
Have some trust on Oracle internal processes. I know for a fact there will be no retaliation on negative survey. However there may not be any positive changes either. Lol
