He did a great job. He pointed to the pros and cons. He did not hide from questions. My takeaway is that he is taking this very seriously and is looking forward to discussing matters with the C-suite. It was lot more encouraging.
nothing extraordinary/new that wasn't already stated in friday's office hours, but i did appreciate that he reiterated what he said last week about a decrease in productivity due to RTO. at least streaming leadership understands what will happen next, even if new organizational leadership does not.
