What used to feel like a really collaborative, upbeat place is completely gone. Now it’s all awkward silences, people looking out for themselves, and meetings where nothing gets done. I can’t believe how fast the culture just…evaporated. I hate working here now, and I used to like my job.

Meetings where nothing gets done? I've never been in a meeting something did get done. Other than clueless managers st-----g their own egos of course.
Why are we treating our gc’s so poorly? I feel guilty that we will put them out of business and are requesting stupid unnecessary details that no body looks at and makes them waste time. It seems unethical.
It’s all the mid level hacks and director positions that were filled with unqualified friends and college buddies that had zero industry experience. The carriers can not stand dealing with the incompetence and meaningless corporate jargon these fools ramble in meetings and negotiations.
Everyone in my group is underperforming so they can get laid off to collect a sevvy.
