Are they offering any severance or pip? It may be my turn at the year end point so just want to plan ahead. I just hope I get a few weeks severance and bonus for the year.

I got inconsistent in some behaviors but overall met met and I am relieved thus far however some people from my team were let go last week. I am pretty sure in the year end review they will find some bull sh-t reason to give me the boot. This place su-ks and I just wanna stay on for as long as possible then retire.

If you think your job is at risk and you got 1-1, get your resume ready today and start reaching out to your network. 'Inconsistent' rating is a reflection of how messed up this place is, and not you. You probably got that rating because you don't play the 'game'. Don't loose your confidence, rather prepare for what might happen here. Once outside of Ford, you will definitely see more possibilities. In terms of job hunt, don't just depend on LinkedIn. You want to apply through references to get to recruiter interview at the least. There are tons of resources out there, so research well.
