@cc I'm always bluntly honest. They don't care, they already know why we're unhappy.
What is interesting about the "your voice" survey, I know the woman who fired me was apoplectic last year that she didn't have enough people in her org and therefore wasn't given the details that would allow her to assess which employee (I bet me) brought down her satisfaction numbers. Maybe she found me out, but probably not. Although that could explain why I got dumped. I think I was too expensive and that my former job will be back-filled by an H1B like the Indian who sat a few cubes away trying to complete all his OCI training for the past 2 months. Take care all.
The "anonymous" survey. Anyone who didn't get axed yet willing to test that?
Three feedback always shows that people are unhappy with reward and recognition.
The standard response is to ignore that and simply state "we are committed to your career development".
That normally means, do more work, with less and for less.
Your Voice. Is that the anonymous survey where they can see who is not following the Man In The High Castle. A real shame to see greed out itself this way
