Can anyone in HR confirm that SK will follow what has previously been done regarding severence with layoffs? 2 weeks per year?

@OP Visit the total rewards portal and find the severance documents. It outlines what you get by state and job title. VPs and above might get up to 12 months salary based on their length of employment. Senior Ds and directors get 16 weeks. Lower levels get 2 weeks for each year of employment.
