Although I still work long hours because I'm trying to keep my job and the manager doesn't care how much overtime it requires to meet his expectations, it still seems to me that last year at this time I was doing much more overtime.

ZERO!!!! F THIS PLACE!!!
Why should we work OT? Hans hired just the most competent, finest employees over there in India to take on customers concerns right over the phone at a bargain rate!
I stopped doing overtime. Not worth it, if they need something done hire more competent people.
I will be honest with my answer, before the new team commissions day rolled out I used to love working overtime. Why? Well because I was working for my own comission checks. Now with this new “team comissions” I’m working for the guy that’s sits in the back all the. Not worth my time to make the lazy guy get paid more .
None. I'm exempt and stop at 40 hours. Stop going above and beyond. It will not be rewarded. I've never seen a single person fired here for being lazy either. If you do an honest 40 you will be fine.
This place flat out sucks!!!
There is just too much to list
Im an assistant manager and i do as little as possible and try to be at work the least amount as possible….
Id rather have a root canal than deal with micro managing district managers and needy old customers
I don’t get paid overtime so none I guess. I just work until I drop, have nightmares about work and then wake up and do it all over again.
It is a trap I hope to get out of some day but bills and health care stop me.
Yeah that’s a no most of the time. I don’t want to deal with cr---y customers
Never done overtime
Overtime ? I don’t even like to work my regular hours let alone overtime . Once I hit my 32hrs I’m out, manager ask me to stay I say no way !
