Now that the consent order is lifted, are they getting rid of the allegations department?

Nope, they existed prior to consent order and asset cap and will continue to exist. Even though Conduct went away as an org/function, the people didn’t - they moved the teams that comprised conduct into other areas. Some moved into COO (back office and admin type stuff), some (the actual investigators) went to HR.

no baby that just means branch managers have to yell at their personal bankers to call and "check in" on their assigned "customers" aka solicit debt to each of them all day everyday on a repetitive quarterly basis until 8 is great again.
