Still here. Still angry.
@bw, employees are ALWAYS a number no matter where you work.
I'm super angry. Unfortunately for you, that anger is all directed at the enterprise. I'm actively looking for ways to throttle output, create or reinforce confusion, waste resources, and conduct myself in an unpleasant manner.
Not sure that's the kind of anger you're hoping for, but it's the kind that I'll be providing for the remainder of my stay.
@a1 you’re a mo--n. Almost two decades where. Consistently meeting or exceeding expectations. Two limited partnership offerings. At what time I was working 60 hours a week, leading 14 contractors while also manning the phones in service and working as our technical specialist while our “real” one was on maternity leave. I actually tried too hard, for too long took countless hours I could have spent with my family because I truly cared about our firm. Never, ever again will I give a job this type of energy. We were all lied to. I’d start making sure your resume is updated constantly because congrats, you’re now just a number.
@a1 r3ta@rd moment eh? Don't you see we are all just numbers on chubaks excel sheet? Have you not been paying attention during the cult meetings ie Town Halls??
I’m staying (for now) and I’m mad as he-l.
@a1 didn’t try as hard? So you EARNED getting to stay? Meanwhile some people are going home tonight to say they are out of a job and you think it is because they EARNED a layoff? Too much green kool-aid can rot your teeth.
We are all hurting. Some of us are just glad to have a job. I think it probably is because I did a good job and feel bad for those that didn't try as hard
