@11r Meaning, just like how they sc--wed us several years ago by reducing the max number of PTO hours you're allowed to bank. Post covid, they removed 80 hours from our max PTO bank which still has me pi---d off over it.

Seems like reduced PTO and lower 401k matching is in our future. AIP must not be far from gone.

All healthcare companies proudly offer employees amazing benefits — with premiums so high and deductibles so steep they could crush a mountain goat. By the time you’ve paid the premium and deductible which is approximately over $10,000, then you are 100% covered but it’s December 15, , and congratulations… your coverage is finally worth something — for two glorious weeks….
January comes along you start all over again at zero coverage till you pays up $10,000.
