I quit. I hope that I will never be in a situation that I stay in a company waiting for a package like the one in O. Given that the package is not at all generous, those who are waiting for this miserable package must be in a desperate situation?

“ Oracle being one of the most hated companies in the tech industry. “
But why attack employees?
If the problem is Oracle, why do these commentators always insist on attacking the employees?
I'm sure it has nothing to do with Oracle being one of the most hated companies in the tech industry.
You like working for Oracle, stay. You hate Oracle, then leave. Nobody is stopping anybody from doing anything. I'm not from HR. I might get laid off myself. If it happens I'll search for something else. Things are pretty rough in many companies. And no, Oracle is not the worst of all of them. Like in every company, there are good and bad employees, and there are good and bad managers, no matter where you go.
If the problem is Oracle, why do these commentators always insist on attacking the employees? These guys have compounded the stepping on us, adding insult to injury! If we are doormats, then they are the boots!

Those who are waiting are simply examples of the Oracle Doormat Principal.
